Yes! We understand that buying an heirloom saree is an important decision. Simply click our WhatsApp link (+91 9380770537) to schedule a 1-on-1 video shopping appointment. Our stylist will drape the saree, zoom in on the pallu and border, and answer all questions in real-time.

We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. In the rare event that you receive a saree with any weaving defect or transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/unboxing video. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full exchange. Please note that customized sarees (fall/pico done, blouse piece cut or stitched) are not eligible for standard return unless defective.
